Thanks so much for everyone who commented ideas! Helped so much and if one thing doesn’t work out I can always try anyone on the list. So I tried “bird dogging” I called up some people in my area. Things seems to go good but as usual they flaked off. So I listed to a bit of podcast on the subject of wholesaling and made a post in a real estate group in my area. I ended up getting a guy to work with on wholesaling(still figuring it out with him) and I am hunting for leads for another guy and that seems to be going good.
