I'm creating a prospectus to pitch a bar game. I feel I need an NDA to safeguard my IP. I have no experience with NDAs.The whole caboodle includes a copyrighted drink name with secret recipe (I know you can't copyright recipes) that is tied to the name of the game. The drink would only be available on game night.If anyone knows of an appropriate, solid free one, that would be nice to have for reference.Any other thoughts on the subject are also welcome.
