I have no marketable skills.

I'll be honest, I have very few passions, I'm passionate about my family, and that's about it. I used to have a passion for software development, but I've been a professional Dev for long enough for that passion to somewhat die off, and the thought of finishing up on those projects I've sidelined for so long just gives me the creeps, if I have time off, it would certainly not be used for writing code.I really want to start a business, and my motivations are simple, I just want to make more money. I want to be able to build my entertainment area without having to budget, I want my wife to be able to quit her job, hell, I want a giant TV in our bedroom, for no other reason than it's better than the less big one I already have. I want to be able to go about my day without having to report for scrum) meetings every morning and perform enormous tasks which make very little sense because the directors said so.I'm not complaining about my job, I earn a better than average salary, and I get to work from home, but the tradeoff is an extremely high mental load, and stress, while my multi millionaire directors all drive luxury sport vehicles and own mansions, while seemingly doing extremely little.Have any of you been in a similar position and managed to start a small profitable business doing something you don't really care much about?Did you have any kind of process to identify problems in fields you don't really understand with limited knowledge on how to work in that industry?have you been able to rekindle your love you have a high level of skill in, but no longer enjoy? Are my motivations too narrow to be effective? Can any of you recommend some books / YouTube videos which have helped you learn to think like an entrepreneur ? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
