Business idea - Pay as you go (tech) consultancy

Hi, I'm wondering if small and medium business owners here could advise whether they'd use a service whereby you pay a fee, say £120, to have 3 consultants who are experts in the field of the query, give their answers, in a simple 500+ word document? It would work out as much much cheaper than regular consultancy.Examples could be businesses who are not sure how to create an online shop, how to draft legal contracts for new staff, how to setup workplace pensions, want a review of their customer journey, anything, considering no business owner is expert in every aspect of their business.
