How do I answer / reach out to a no-show for a demo

So I just had an unusual expirience (I'm sure this is not in anywhere out of the ordinary generally). My employee had booked a meeting with a customer (business) for a demonstration of a compliance-software that I have developed and is selling. The customer turned out to be a no-show, despite rescheduling and receiving acceptance for todays date. My question is now:How do I reach out to this person in a polite manner asking if they want to reschedule - without putting any blame on him/her. I do not want to put this customer in an akward position, but merely want to demo my solution (our demo's usually turn in to sales and as we are a SaaS business we want to go far to get thoose demo's running). Thanks for the help! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
