12 Micro Projects in 12 Months – Month 1

12 Micro Projects in 12 Months – Month 1I love working on side hustles, and have decided that for the next year I’m going to set up one micro project per month, starting this month. Why micro projects? Well, I’m semi-retired and no longer want to work full-time, yet I still feel like the need to have something business-rated to work on. I find it quite a lot of fun.I have some previous experience of running large and small projects, so I hope that at least a few of these will be successful, although many are bound to fail. What I've Already DoneBuilt a successful ecommerce store (sold for 6 figures)Built a successful travel blog (sold for 5 figures)Built and flipped adsense sites (5 figures total)Written 8-10 kindle books (only made around $3-4K)Made money in crypto (and still am)Bought and sold propertyAnd a few more minor thingsAlso quite a few projects that didn't work outI also work part-time as a VA, currently helping someone build their ecommerce store.Month 1 ProjectAs crypto is one of my main interests at the moment, I thought I’d start off with a crypto-based site. This is a really small project that could realistically make $50-$250 a month. It’s based around listing crypto sites where people can earn bonuses for signing up. I’ve got over $100 in bonuses myself. At the moment I’ve only shared with a few friends.Site: FreeCryptoStuff.comCost: $195 including building the site, the domain and hosting. I hired someone from Upwork to build the site.Expectations: $50-250 per monthFuture ProjectsI have plenty of ideas for future projects, but haven’t decided which ones to go ahead with yet. If I get better ideas, I may drop some of these,September project will likely be a guide to building a successful ecommerce site. I’m not sure whether to set up a website and just give all the info for free or make it into paid course. Another possibility is paying someone to make it into a udemy course. Many people ask me questions about ecommerce, so it would be good to have all the info already available. If making the info free, maybe I could build out the site with more posts and add affiliate links. Not sure yet.Running reddit ads for affiliate products. Not sure if this will work, but can be tested for a few dollars. I heard of some people that did it, although you need to find the right products and match with the right subs.POD products – I know this is saturated, but it’s something that can easily be set up. I would pay someone to come up with designs on a regular basis and see how it goes. It could make a nice background project that more or less runs itself.A small dropship site. I already have some product ideas. It might need too much work for a micro project though.Any feedback appreciated. If you have any project ideas that would also be useful. What projects are you working on? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
