A scrap metal business in PA?

Was wondering if I could get some pointers in beginning a scrap metal business. I have not much knowledge on the subject but I found out recently I may have an underlying passion for it. I tend to hoard a deal of old PC's in my basement and sometimes I try to guess what type of metal is in each component or what not and I find it fun. I also watch scrap videos on Youtube and how they take things apart (something I absolutely LOVE doing) and melting them down into bars. Was wondering if this could be a good business idea in pa (Preferably around Philadelphia) and if so, what are some things I should begin researching? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
