Aggressive job board idea

There is a litany of job boards out there now, and cheaper and cheaper ways to create a job board, but the networks are especially difficult to create. I thought of something that may very well be out there but I wanted to pose the idea to reddit.A job board that financially penalizes companies who mislead job seekers in their posting. That may be salary, location, title, responsibilities etc that fine will be given to the job seeker, so they get paid if they get screwed and have thier time wastedI hear people on reddit complain tht they go for an interview and they hear something like "the position is filled but we have an opening for XYZ worse position. Some employers flat out lie that a job pays 20/h and then say "based on your experience we can only offer 16/h" any sort of bait and switch would be penalized to some unknown $ figure. The minimum salary offered would be mandatory of course. The value prop for seekers is obvious, if you get screwed or your time wasted you get paid. The value prop for employers is social-proof in the job posting space, you're confident enough in your company and hiring that you are willing to pay if you break the rules, sort of like a lawyer that you only have to pay if you win etc.I have a bunch of smaller executional add-ons here to make this smooth but how do feel about the premise "authentic job postings or you get paid for your trouble" see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
