Anyone have experience with painting high volumes of small parts?

I'm starting up a business. For our first product, one of it's components has to be painted all white. The coat needs to be uniform. It has some hard to reach nooks. spray painting has proved to be time-consuming and more costly than I'd like. Painting by brush will leave texture. I'm thinking about maybe dip painting somehow.
