finding Difficult getting projects for our company, what I am missing here?

Hi,So I am a Junior business development Executive in a software firm. the company I work for has a very good profile on Upwork and they are in WordPress, PHP mainly but I am finding it difficult to get the projects.Like on Upwork the agency profile is Top-rated and that with a 99% job success rate. It is very difficult for someone to do 180+ projects and not getting a single negative review so you can imagine our work is very good and as our client wants.so I joined 1 month ago and I am bidding on Upwork as well as lead generation on Reddit and discord but having such a strong profile still I didn't get any projects, some rejected due to we being an agency or I don't know other reasons.So what am I doing wrong? or what should I try or Am I missing something here?I have used Reddit and previously I used to get very good clients from this platform but recently not getting that much response.​Edit: https://ift.tt/3B9Q2SR Upwork Profile link see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
