Hey everyone!I stood up a Squarespace site about 2 months ago. Most of my friends were finding out that they could perpetually work from anywhere and so they decided they wanted to take the opportunity to work from everywhere. The problem was, Airbnbs and hotels were expensive for longer trips. So, I thought, why not just let them swap homes for free. There would be a minimal fee for my service which would focus on trust and safety verification, but it would still be cheaper than 2 nights in any hotel. I stood up the Squarespace site with that value prop.I spent $27 on Google Ads, posted a few comments and links on social, and shockingly, demand hit way faster than I could handle manually. I guess it might have gone slightly viral in a 50+ women's community and they came asking if we offered shorter-term stays. Most of them had second homes and they were willing to offer up their second home to be 'in the club.'After playing 'yenta for home swaps' and trying to do this manually for a few weeks, I realized I couldn't. So, I hired 3 engineers - 1 to cover each time zone to make a 24 hour day - to build my MVP.Now, I have an MVP and a new problem to go along with it: the customers that flocked to me won't convert digitally to list their homes. Maybe it's an onboarding problem. Maybe they like the concierge service and don't see a need to switch over. Maybe it's that marketplaces like this need a heavy fill of supply to provide social proof before others will list their homes. I'm not yet sure. So, I guess I'm asking for a few founders for some help here. Will you do something crazy and list your home for swapping? Will you provide me feedback on the MVP site?If you're willing to help, here's a simple Typeform. I'll invite you to the beta site and you can provide feedback with in the site. It's free. It's cool. I'd love your help and support!!!https://ift.tt/2W7yMOK everyone!!! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
