Funnel Framework: Do Now, Process, Outcome

I do some marketing consulting and have developed a template for one section of my recommendations. It's a simple way of thinking about building your marketing funnel. Keyword here is "building"- an actual funnel has activities that move people through the buying process, whereas this template is to help you BUILD the funnel.Top of Funnel = Do NowThere's always low hanging fruit. What can you do today that can get you started? For example, we helped one client focus on writing one blog/social post on their expertise a week. They could write it without much research and publish it on LinkedIn easily. Easy and attainable.Middle funnel= ProcessLet's say you kept doing the easy stuff, but did it consistently. The middle funnel of the template is defining the process that replicates and iterates what you started with. With that same client, the process for her was about researching and utilizing keywords in the weekly blog posts. She was still leveraging subject matter expertise and publishing quickly, but each post got more and more keywords that would drive SEO and social search.Bottom funnel = OutcomeIf you kept doing the process, what's the outcome of a killer and consistent process? This is a major business goal or key performance Indicator (KPI) that fits into your larger business strategy. For the client listed above, the outcome is demonstrating subject matter expertise and building rapport with their market. Regular social posts, consistently published, crammed with the best keywords and topics that matter to her audience --> big bucks.Hopefully this template helps you build your marketing operations! Happy to chat more about how to apply it in the comments. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
