I am looking to buy a bulk order on Alibaba, I have gone through the processes of mocks and samples and etc. But now it is time to order, I can't really find a guide with good English so I thought I'd ask here as this has had Alibaba guides before, but none exactly about the payment/invoice/purchase process.Essentially I want to purchase them the best way possible without getting scammed or etc.Is there a way, such like other business practices (eBay money back guarantee + eBay seller help, Paypal + Paypal disputes etc) to make sure, if they send me either a) A sample, and then the full order later, where the sample is much high quality, I can get my money back or get the bulk order replaced? or b) Just a terrible bulk order in general, can I get covered?I see I think they have something called Trade Assurance? but weirdly with the current supplier I am talking to, when I press "Start order" in the chat, it says "Sorry, the current user account type does not support making orders on Alibaba.com." and they drafted both an invoice and order confirmation sheet which look legit but I can see on the invoice they payment through Western Union. Is this suspicious? The seller actually did make a sample of my product though and sent me photos, they are a 1 year gold supplier (does that make them more trustworthy? est. 2019 too). I assume Trade Assurance does not cover if you don't start the order through Alibaba.Any comments will help, if you want to reply to this post (so I know who you are) and then start a chat/dm with me, feel free to do so!
