I've been approached by a retailer looking to stock my products - what does a retailer need from me?

Hi, A retailer came across my products and has asked to stock them. She's asked for MOQ and wholesale prices. It's a smallish stationery shop and I've no idea what to go back with.I'm aware I'll have to have a barcode on my products but apart from that what else does a retailer need from me?Wholesale prices - I believe this should be approx. 50% retail prices - is this correct?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
