I've taken over as CFO/Visionary with complete autonomy. I've grown a SaaS website from 55k/year revenue to 400k+ MRR in 13 months. No idea what to do now.

Tried to post this in /r/startups but got caught in the filters, so I'll try hereHere's as much context as possible to get some of the best help or advice:This is a SaaS company where I've fully rebuilt the code, front end and back end, last summer as 49% owner. The UX is our bread and butter and makes us seriously the top players in our field. The backend sucks due to me hiring cheap labor when I took this over and didn't know what I was doing. There's room for improvement, but the website works fine as is.I've hired and fired, trained and managed multiple people and agencies several times over for every role in a digital e-commerce with very limited knowledge. Now, I only know as much, if not less than, the people I've contracted to run ads, blog post, development, SMM, etc. From an operational standpoint, I now have roughly 20 contractors working for me, and this will continue to increase since I'm looking to take my software international. Based on my research, there's a market in other countries. There's no need for management of any of these people, as everyone is fully trained and needs no guidance. Everyone works, sends their invoices to our billing specialist, and she remits payments. This project, as it stands, requires 1 or 2 hours a work if I wasn't looking to expand.I've had challenges on monetizing my subscription list, which is about 70k+. I can't find good ways to either handle affiliate marketing or to get people to pay for ad spots in my emails.I don't see this 100x in the next year, but potentially 2-3x when I'm in the other countries with all the software development completed.I'm not bored or don't have the lack of vision to keep it growing, as we're expanding into other products and countries. I'm seriously worried that someone could offer this as a free service later on and completely kill my entire model.I'd also love advice on the direction I could go, or how to expand, or what to do with the team I've built. Ive looked into purchasing other websites on flippa to expand our portfolio, but it all seems either over priced or piles of junk.I see ads for mentorships on Facebook all the time and they seriously seem scammy and filled with bad propositions. How would the community proceed in my shoes? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
