While growing up, people kept telling me how important it was to study a demanding subject a get a good job. While they are true in the sense that our current world values everything in terms of the money it can bring, it is a sign of a selfish culture that we have created. Our selfish culture teaches us to protect only our own interests overlooking the interests of other people. While many of us condemn the culture, we feel helpless in front of it, accepting it as inevitable. Our business world is probably one of the most prominent examples of our selfish nature. We constantly see business leaders sacrificing their employees to protect their own interests. The lower tier employees suffer the most. They get low wages and work in inhumane conditions just to make their ends meet. Also, during any natural or man-made economic disaster, they are the ones to suffer the most. It hurts me to see how so many of us have to suffer from financial instabilities because of some selfish people. I felt I had to do something. My plan is to create job opportunities for people where they would be valued. I want to create a workplace where my employees would feel safe and get a fair salary. Ultimately, I want to encourage them to start their own businesses so that they, too, can create job opportunities and improve others' lives. As I feel connected to the work that directly improves people's lives, I want to start a food-related business. As, in my country, food adulteration is widespread, I want to provide healthy food at fair prices so that everyone can live a healthier life. Also, it would enable me to create a workplace where people would be treated and paid fairly. But as I don't have enough capital to start such a business, I have decided to utilize my web-designing skill to gather enough capital. It's been almost two months since I have launched my web design business. My current plan is to get enough projects per month to gather some capital and hire at least one employee. If I could help even one person become financially stable through this business, it will feel worth it. After accumulating enough capital, I will move on to my food-related business. What I need is not customers. I need friends and supporters who believe in creating a better world where we all can lead a decent life with financial stability and moral values. I need those people who believe that businesses should not be profit-driven; instead, they should be purpose-driven. I need those people who want to contribute to improving the lives of others. If you are one of those people, I do need your help. If you or anybody you know need websites, please let me know. Maybe with your help, I would be able to advance the cause, improve others' lives and inspire many people to start ethical businesses with a vision to create a better world. You can visit my website: https://myironaxe.com see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
