Been working with the guy for the past year and thought I was clear that I wanted him to lead the sales team ( in which we just recently hire a new sales rep) but he just left. Not not sure how to hire to fill in the spot. Should I just hire regular sales rep and see if I get lucky with another person? Or should I go straight for a sales manager type?
