Social life problems with increased income?

While I am not necessarily drowning in money, I would say I make 3 - 5 times more than my peers. Being a single guy with my own business, I have plenty leftover which I use to invest and enjoy my life. However, I am noticing that I sometimes alienate my friends. I used to ask them to go on trips with me or do something fun or comment on how cheap something without realizing how I made them feel until now. This is very new to me as my circumstances improved significantly last 1-2 years, but I am starting to feel lonely or disconnected from my friends because most of them are rather busy with work, family and the usual. The friendship dynamic I had with them feels different.I am sure many of you dealt with something similar. What happened? Any advice? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
