Starting a recruiting firm

Hi everyone,I just graduated college with a degree in Management Information Systems and after realizing I can’t get jobs without expensive certifications I decided that I’d apply for some recruiting jobs because the field interests me. I have some interviews lined up this week but my goal would be to eventually open my own agency since I know recruiters typically don’t make that much. I was originally going to start a post grad program for dentistry but the field is so messed up right now and I don’t know when it will recover. So for everyone that owns their own staffing agency/recruiting firm, how much do you earn each year? I’d plan on gaining experience with an agency obviously before starting my own. Also, what’s your outlook on recruiting firms after this whole covid era? TIA! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
