Those of you with employees, if you could lighten the burden of turnaround by reducing the time and effort it took to train a new hire to a competent level, would that be worth paying for?

I enjoy teaching people and creating training material to help the training process go more smoothly. I currently work a full time job at a global corp. and although I'm not in the training department, I have worked on a lot of side projects creating detailed standard operating procedures, training videos, etc.... to train new people in my department and in others. I've seen first hand the training time for complex tasks shorten once people had access to the media I created for that task.I've been thinking a lot about starting a business around this, but I don't really know what sorts of businesses (both sector and size) would benefit enough from this to justify paying for it. I honestly believe that if employees learn from and have access to detailed SOP's with pictures and technique explanation, they will perform more consistently and confidently. If you couple that with video procedures, you get a training program that allows new hires to see the environment they'll be working in before they're actually there, and it allows them to watch the task being performed as many times as needed without you or another veteran employee having to demonstrate in real time over and over when they have other things to do.Just wanted to get some feedback and see if anyone is in a position where they wish they could spend less time worrying about training and could enlighten me on the value of a proposition like this. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
