Which should I choose?

I have been with my current company for three years. However over the last three years I have trained about 15 people to do the same position I have been doing. Now my salary of 300,000 has gone to be too much for them. They are now offering to teach me to open my own company. Once word has gotten out that I am able to do what I do for anyone I choose, I now have 3 companies paying me as a W-2 to do the same. If I keep this going, I could make anywhere from 300-400 annually. I would have them pay me at 1099 but the licensing process for the company I want to do is going to take 6 to 8 months to get paid as an LLC. Once the company is built I should profit anywhere from 40 to 50,000 per month on average. However, another company is offering me the same amount but I have to work for them only and put my company on hold. Either way, I could make almost double what I was getting at my last job where I was very happy. Should I open my own company, go through 6-8 months of licensing to make $40K monthly or join the company that is offering me the same amount of money but as an employee? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
