I’m very chill and lenient as a person who never gets angry or pissed. My team makes too many mistakes and doesn’t listen to a word I say. They always lie saying I never instructed a task. Since I don’t shout or don’t say anything everyone takes advantage of me. When anyone screws up I solve everyone’s problem and the person who’s screwed up sits back like it’s not their fault or responsibility. I need to learn how to be assertive or aggressive at work with my team. Is there a book or some trick to get my team to respect me or listen to me ? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
