Should I get a marketing co-founder?

So earlier this year I launched a side project I had been working on and have been able to get quite a few users. However, this hasn’t translated to very many sales. I have thought about reaching out to fellow students within the marketing department at my college but wasn’t sure if this would be a great idea or not.So far I haven’t done too much marketing (I’ve only posted flyers on campus and done tiny insta posts).
