An acquaintance of mine recently posted a story on his Instagram saying he is looking for a 3rd partner for a webshop startup.The deal is I have to deal with/finance the ad spend meanwhile he and his partner are responsible for building the webshop, administrating inventory etc.They recently sold a webshop in the same niche after running it succesfully for a month.What should I be cautious about?
