Am I doing something wrong with my business?

BackgroundI started a business about a year ago selling personalised prints of sound waves, the customer could send their favourite songs or a message to be turned into a sound wave and add different customisable options like texts. I had my first 2 customers and it seemed like it would grow but after those 2 customers, I did not get any more. I tried improving my website and marketing for months but it still didn't yield any results. Finally, I decided to focus more on the art aspect rather than the personalisation. I worked with a few artist friends of mine to create a few designs based on sound waves generated from songs and soundscapes. I launched a few ads on Facebook and Instagram and though it got a few add-to-carts, they never converted.PresentCurrently, I am starting to add animations to the art print which can be viewed via a QR code. So far I have done 1 basic animation and posted it on my social media, which has gotten nearly 1k views on reels. It's not much but by far the most viewed content on my instagram. For my plans, I want to commission some art and animations from various talents while promoting them through influencer marketing.I am wondering if I should continue in this direction, or should I improve the business in other ways? I would love to hear your opinions on this matter :)Thanks for your time! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
