Buying a franchise then hiring a manager to manage it. Will this be profitable? will it work?

Hi all, I was wondering is something like this can work. For example if one has the capital to buy a franchise let’s say a bubble tea franchise. In this case let’s say we buy Chatime franchise and open in a mall. Then we hire a General Manager to manage the store. After salary of Manager and other employees and other expenses can we expect to have like around 10K profits go into our pocket. Is this possible? If it is then how would you execute something like this.Willing to learn and see what others think. Thank you all for your time in advance! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
