Hey guys, my girlfriend is starting a food truck in the summer. Churros and soft serve ice cream! She's got her recipe down and she's in the process of finishing all the courses/licenses etc.My question is, does anyone have any insight/helpful ideas for my girlfriend, possibly out of experience? Anything from maximizing sales/profit to product ideas etc.She's keeping it extremely simple to begin, low amounts of flavor combos etc.Neither of us have business owner experience so hopefully there's some info someone can give us.Financially she's in a good spot, no bills, parents backed the startup, only $4k debt. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
