How to Hire Interns for Clothing Business?

A few months ago I made a post about being burnt out. As my business expands, I'm starting to realize that I cannot handle such a big workload and I'm looking into hiring some interns. Nothing too major, I have a small clothing business and am just looking for a few people to help out with things like emails, designing apparel, etc. Essentially, I want to form a small team. However, I'm incredibly clueless on the entire process, such as how much to pay them, how to pay them, how this would affect my taxes, etc. I'm an 18-year-old in my first year of college, so I don't have much guidance or many connections to work with. I think I'll be good on the "looking for a good candidate" aspect, but tips are appreciated. I live in the New York City area, New Jersey specifically. I'm expecting to only do remote positions, but I was hoping to be able to work with students at my college or in New York. I'm not sure if it's a silly reason but I'd just prefer to work with those that are around my age.I feel like I don't even know that much myself, and how I'm running things now might be considered unprofessional or unorganized. I didn't even know what a helpdesk was until recently, and utilizing Gorgias has made life so much easier for me. I guess I just have a strange fear of a difference in power dynamic or being taken advantage of?All advice/tips are appreciated! :-) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
