I had a small business idea th at I'd like to try. So I consulted with a tax attorney to see if he could give me some insight on costs taxes and so on. One thing he said really caught my ear. Based on my idea(a long term storage solution) he actual recommended not to incorporate. Why? Since I'm not partnering with anyone there would not be any benefit at this time to incorporate. It won’t limit liability (since I would be actively involved in the decisions day to day) as well as just having insurance. He said I needed a business license and a DBA & that's it. Anyone else have the same thing? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
