Made an MVP for an app to filter menus for food allergies. How should I get it built?

I've got an MVP (wireframe) built for my app, validated it, and really am ready for it to be built. Ideally I get a technical cofounder with food allergies/some sort of dietary restriction that can build the app and manage the database. How do I find such a person?
