is a Multi-Member LLC a foreign entity???

Hey all, I have an LLC question that I'm trying to figure out, would really appreciate some advice-I am a US citizen but don't reside in the US.-I am opening up an LLC in Delaware or Wyoming.-For tax purposes in my country of residence it is better to make this a multi-member LLC so i'm not the 100% owner. I want to add a family member (who lives in US) as an LLC member but this person will not be involved with the companyIf I add my family member to the LLC do I have to register the LLC again as a foreign entity in the state that the family member lives?Or another way of asking is...does having that family member on the company mean the LLC is then doing business in the state they live even if they aren't doing any work? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
