With Recreational Marijuana being approved in New York State, which industries do you see opening up?

I am sure some of you have heard that New York State reached a deal to legalize recreational Marijuana.I as a serial Entrepreneur I am always thinking about ways to find a niche in a new industry. Of the top of my head these are a few of the areas where I think value would be added1) New York will undoubtedly implement a nightmarish bureaucracy that will most likely follow, I assume there will be an need for a 'consultant' like help in order to get permits and help cut through the red-tape2) On-demand delivery - Giving Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub - I see a new avenue for on-demand delivery of recreational marijuana. From some of my reading, there already exist dutchie which fills this niche. Given the new market there is probably room for expansion3) Warehousing and Supplies - There is an old saying which relates to gold mining in the Yukon - Don't be a miner, but the guys who sells to miners. I see a specialized type of garden supply and marijuana supply store. Seeds, lighting, specialized fertilizer, soil, amendments, etc.I could go on, but curious about what you all think.
