Hello,I currently have a working prototype that I'd like solidify and take to market. I'm the only person who's worked on it. It's a software as a service type product and my "Ideal Customer" would be enterprise software development teams.Everything is automated and ran in the cloud. As a resident of California, I understand it's an extremely unfriendly small business climate, but does this apply to Saas companies?I'd like to start an LLC, but wanting to know what legal options I might have to avoid the high regulations and taxes of CA. What other things might I expect from registering an LLC in CA? Is it $800/year and I'm all set? Is it really that bad? Or are there a multitude of other taxes and regulations I can expect? Also, let's say I hire an employee and it doesn't work out and I terminate their employment. Am I going to get sued for some kind of discriminatory law or something? Will I be subject to laws that require me to hire certain types of people, etc? Should I stick to hiring contractors initially? Thanks in advance! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
