Where is the best place to register your company and why? What have your experiences been?

I have a unique CBD startup that utilizes my neuropharmacology background, I do plan to eventually expand into cannabis. It's come to the point where we need to register the business and get to work on formalizing the business plan before going further.I've looked at various areas that have lower taxes and easy on the cannabis restrictions as well as a low cost of living/property/rental costs. What advice would you all offer?Things that I've considered regarding favorability for small businesses are that the lax cannabis requirements is necessary like Colorado, California and Arizona, good business law as seen in Delaware with experienced judges and separate business courts, low taxes like Florida or Texas, good survivability rate and venture capitalist investment. While these are a lot of things to consider, is there one common state that generally meets all these requirements? It is one thing to register in one state while operating with assets in other states, although this won't seem feasible in the long run due to taxes. Having all in one places seems effectual. Wherever it may be, if I don't have a registered address there, I'll probably end up paying a fee for a representative. Is there any advice you can offer on this?My apologies if I have any misunderstandings in my post. What were your considerations relevant to your business types when registering? How did it turn out and what would you do differently? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
