In a lot of the major cities in my country, residents in apartments have complained about a lot of the litter on the streets, walkways, and gardens near their houses. To the point that it has come on the news multiple times and talk show hosts go to the areas to interview residents about the problem. The local town halls don't seem to do much about the issues. So I am looking to start a cleaning business to clean the trash, litter, and junk in these areas. However, I don't think that individual residents of apartments would be willing to pay to clean up other people's mess. This is why I'm thinking of approaching the owners of the apartment buildings, and or the local town halls in order to provide my services.Except I'm not really sure what the best way would be to approach them with that. Since I would be operating more like a "b2b" business, should I build a website with the cleaning services and prices/checkouts, then cold email these estate owners to direct them there?Or would it be better for me to have a simple website, describing my services, no prices, but a contact form and then cold call the estate owners responsible for those buildings and "land" a sale like that? Or the same thing but cold call the local town hall and sell my services to them...?And what about just skipping the website altogether and just start cold calling and offering my services straight away? This slight "deadlock" with how to move forward has kind of gotten me frozen and I was hoping to brainstorm ideas here that might help me with some clarity on what I should do next see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
