My business has a few warehouses and dealing with those types is like night and day. They're anti-competitive, often introverted and come with a checkered past.I really try to be compassionate and always fail at motivating them. At best they'll do the bare minimum, display poor attendance records and outwardly show that their work doesn't even make the top 10 list of their priorities.They're often defiant of any rules -- some even break them just to see if they'll get enforced.Has anyone come across this kind of issue?
