Salaries Are Meant To Hold You Back From Your Dreams

Hopefully many of you know this, especially since you've taken an interest in being an entrepreneur by joining this page. But salaries are meant to hold you back from your dreams, and your managers or higher ups know this. Before I tell you my experience think about it like this. If a company is able to pay you $60,000 a year with no question asked.. what do you think their return on investment is? Probably atleast two to three times the amount they're paying you. Now there's nothing wrong with working for someone, but me personally I could just never live that life. I recently retired after selling my business, but I started marketing wayyy back when in college. Programs were relatively fresh as digital marketing was just developing as an industry, and I ended up landing a job at a small marketing agency upon graduation. I worked there for a few years and barely covered my bills every month, until eventually moving on to a corporate job as a marketing associate. I worked the job for a while and even got really good at it. In fact, I was probably making anywhere between $100,000-$150,000 a year while being promoted to marketing manager. Life was great and I thought I had it all until one day I saw how my bosses were living. Nice house, fancy car, and they could take days off at a moments notice. It made me think to myself I've gotten so good at this that if I spent 8 hours a day doing what I do for them, but just at my own thing I could probably make some real money. Thus my entrepreneurial spirit was born and the rest is history. Don't limit yourself especially in time when you're provided so many online resources such as videos, courses, and whatever else anyone want's to say about the industry. And the biggest point is don't become a prisoner of the moment, salaries are meant for you to get comfortable and forget about your dreams see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
