Ideas for a startup with easy licenses/permits (or none required)?

I made an earlier post about a possible gumball machine startup and one of you told me about making an LLC to protect me from being sued etc, and I looked it up and in my state they require you to have a business registered and a permit to operate and it looks like insurance all for $1 a day of profit :(...I don't really want to deal with stuff like that, is there is a business that I can do with no permits required like the title says? I have about $700 saved up for potential startup fees or whatever see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
