What happens when an item that is fulfilled by Amazon gets returned by a customer? Most of the time it will just go back into the seller's FBA inventory, however, most of these products are now in "USED" condition.Instead of taking the time to repost these now used products on Amazon, they bundle all of them up on a pallet and auction these pallets off to the highest bidder. These pallet auctions come in pretty much all different categories and various prices. The best site to bid and buy these pallets of return merchandise is Liquidation.comI would always go for the Consumer Electronics and Household Appliances pallets because they always sell like crazy. Most of the pallets I got would cost around $500 to buy and had an estimated MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) of $3000. Although, I could usually get around $5000 for each one if I sold everything. I would literally find one or two products that would sell immediately after posting and would pay off the entire $500 initial cost; then after that, all of the other 20-30 items in the pallet I would sell for 100% profit (since I basically got them for free after paying off the pallet)Here's one of the best things about it: There is usually a ton of these products that are completely new: still sealed in the box! This doesn't surprise me at all because customers will return anything on Amazon just because they can, maybe they had a bad cup of coffee that morning and decided $200 was too much to pay for a product and they send it back without even opening it.Here's the other amazing thing: While you will get products that are actually defective and broken and that you won't be able to sell; all of the duds in your pallet (all the cheap products that aren't even worth selling because shipping would cut into most of your profits) you can donate to goodwill or the VA or some other charity for a fat tax write off! This is super convenient because it's a win-win for everybody and then you just get "paid" (in the form of a tax credit) essentially for dropping off these products instead of having to list and wait for each of the duds to sell.I am always making videos on these side hustles on my youtube channel so definitely check it out and subscribe if you like all of these business ideas and want to try them for yourself! https://youtu.be/hYYiHe_pWTM see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
