The application deadline for funding is approaching... Should I apply if I don't feel confident about my ideas?

I've for a long time dreamed of applying to a funding program we have in Denmark where I can get a 2.000$ per month salary for working on my own idea, without them needing anything in return except me working full time on the idea. However, I don't feel confident about any of my ideas in their current state of development. Maybe if I explored the customer problems more I would find an idea to apply before the deadline, which is 13. April. But I'm also in a bit of a hurry if I have to find a Master's degree for this summer... (most deadlines are already over...)So I don't know whether to explore customer problems in the hopes of finding an idea to apply with that I'm confident in or find a master's degree for this summer... see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
