There are so many tough decisions and choices that we have to make throughout our lives. Not just the day to day stuff like what to eat or what to wear, but also the major stuff like careers, relationships, finances, etc.I found myself developing a habit where I’d worry about pretty much everything and it was truly consuming me. That’s when I came across the principle of The Paradox of Choice, which explains that more choices can often trap us into dissatisfaction instead of freeing us. It also highlights two types of individuals with regard to choice making:Maximizers: Constantly fret over making the most perfect choice possibleSatisficers: Content with the options they have and the freedom it providesThis is a really great concept to understand and help you think differently about your productivity and all the decisions you have to make in your life.I explain this in depth, show you your individual type and describe the concept for your understanding here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vq0B_NkwZZkHopefully this might help shift the way that you think about choices and change your approach to them altogether. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
