I've been doing private consulting in a variety of specialties for a while now as a 1099, basically under the level of "If you'll pay me for it, I'll do it".Most of the work has been in the technical realm but I also don't limit myself to that.I'm thinking I'd like to form an LLC just to keep things clean and organized with a proper name. In filing, do I have to specify a service type and am I limited to only providing those services? Where do I hit the limitation of how much my LLC should be doing?I understand the D.B.A. options to an extent, but I don't really feel like I need different names right now in order to succeed. Can my LLC be a "we do anything" type consulting business? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
