I own an online service agency earning about $5k average monthly revenue with roughly 60% profit margin. The business is growing at a decent rate. I am 21 yrs old (not sure if that is relevant). I do most of the work on my business myself, including both the service I offer and all the sales/marketing/accounting etc., although I've been outsourcing more and more to freelancers as my income grows. My issue is that I feel like I'm not working enough hours most of the time. I see other entrepreneurs claiming to work 60-80 hour weeks, but my productivity and health (both physical and mental) seem to drop off after about 6 hours of work during the day. I also end up burning out after a few weeks of going hard. During those 6 hours (especially the first 4), I am HIGHLY productive. I don't procrastinate or do busy work during these hours; it's REAL work and progress. This is a crucial time for my business in terms of growth, so it's definitely not a time for me to relax and take it easy. Some weeks I'll work less than 40 hours, and it makes me feel as if I'm not doing enough.I've heard people say to write down 3 tasks that if you completed, would help push your business forward in a positive direction, and if you get those done you should be satisfied. However, even if I execute hard and make great progress within only a few hours, I still feel like I could be doing more (a guilt of sorts?).How do I resolve this issue? I'm not sure if this is just a mental game I need to overcome (and accept only working 6 hours per day) or if I'm just making excuses for not wanting to put in more work. I say that the work I'm doing is making real progress rather than just busy work, but am I fooling myself? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
