Need tips and ideas on rebranding/pivoting

I've been running a small resume writing and interview prep business but it turns out to be a code of conduct conflict with my new role of my day job. I already have a few thousand Instagram followers and want to continue to sell something but I'm not sure what now or what direction to go with it. The audience is young (under 35 years old) software engineers mostly in the US and India, 65% male/35% female. I gather this crowd is largely not interested in my skincare or outfits, I usually posted work and career tips, but I'm struggling to find a new niche that doesn't present a code of conduct conflict. Any ideas or resources to learn more about this demographic and their other interests? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
