What is the proper way to tell my client the job I did was not good...

I am starting my home buisness as a welder and this client came in, asked me to do a few repairs on his trailer and then paint the whole thing. So the welding part went really well as expected. But the paint job... it is so ugly. Never had the chance to talk to the owner of the trailer since it is from a small big company(few employees but the owner is impossible to reach. Everything went by email. The paint will hold on good but the final result is quite ugly...Do i tell them or do I deliver the job and see what they think about it?I dont have the time to fix it since the dead line is tomorrow and they need it to get to work.Pls help i am kind of lost in all of this. Thanks in advance. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
