Someone Is Trying To Scam People Using My Businesses Work, What Should I Do?

The other day I got a peculiar one-star review on my Google profile that read "Took My Money And Never Heard From Them Again" and it came from a name that I had never heard from before. I replied to the review saying that I wasn't sure who the person was and gave them my email address to help solve any problems they may have with my SEO services, and to my surprise, the person actually had emailed me back pretty quick.It turns out his name was Andrew, and Andrew ran a local plumbing business that had recently met with an SEO company that claimed to have a similar name as my companies name. I told Andrew that I'm the owner and only employee of my business and had never even seen his company before. I then asked if he could show me all the screenshots and messages that he had of him working with this company. He showed me all the screenshots and messages he had and it was an honest mistake as the company name had been very similar to my name as mine is SEO (Location/City) and theirs was (City/location) SEO; however, what really warranted the surprised/angry reaction from me was the fact that they were sending him my portfolio of work and the companies I work with as their examples. All of the first-place rankings, website designs, and even backlink metrics were from companies I currently work with and not a single one of them uses a secondary SEO company.I honestly couldn't even believe what I was seeing, and I explained this to Andrew and told him that while yes the examples he was shown were companies I work with that what he got was in no way shape, or form my SEO services or related to my company. I apologized for him getting mixed up in all this and he decided to remove his negative review. But honestly, I don't know what to do about this. I mean I put my work on my website as a portfolio to show potential clients but I didn't think people would just steal it off my site and claim it as their own.
