I need help with legal stuff - selling shoes online

I have a school project and we need to make a plan of our business idea. After some thought I that plumbing, owing a coffee shop etc. wasn't really my cup of tea and settled on online store that sells shoes. I thought it will be very simple, but now I see that there is lots of legal things you need to worry about. If I let's say want to sell Nike shoes that I would purchase from their site or authorized wholesaler/distributer/retailer??? in bulk would I need any permit or license from this company or am I free to do anything after I own their goods? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
