Over the past few years, I have been deeply involved with self-driving car technology and while also working in the residential development industry. Primarily focused on single-family developments in various states around the USA.I believe we are at a tipping point for residential housing. With the mass adoption of work from home technology rapidly put into place, frothy excitement for semi-autonomous car sales and peak millennial family formations. We are on the verge of another housing trend that will push single-family home developments in directions that were never feasible before.
