A description of our products and services: We will provide vehicle repair services to our clients. We will be specialised in providing services to hybrid and electric cars, and also provide accessories. Customers will have the convenience of calling us to their home or any other place to repair their cars, we will be on our way with a pickup of ours to the destination. We can also think of working with insurance companies to provide the best prices to our customers. Profit will be made from the repairs, both on the road or in our workshop, as well as the sales of accessories such as batteries, chargers, and lubricants. The service can be as personalized as one wants, with the benefits increasing in tiers of the monthly subscription. Customers can also get our service without a subscription, but they won't have access to the special rates, offers, and the bigger benefits that the subscribed members get. They might also have to go through a lot more hassle with identification and verification, as we have to ensure the safety of our employees.Reasons for customers wanting this service: During the pandemic we are having to abide by social distancing rules and for that reason most of the places are closed or are having to run at a reduced capacity. This means most of the workshops are closed and people are having a hard time repairing their cars, especially the hybrid and electric ones. Other than having a workshop we are providing services to anywhere the client wants. For example, if someone is stuck in the expressway/highway because their car went out of order then they could simply call us, tell us the location and problem with the vehicle, and we will send a team consisting of one, two, or all three of an engineer, mechanic and a technician to said location. The people being sent will depend on severity of the issue. If the repair is not possible on site then we will tow the car to our workshop. Our customers can request for a loaner car, and hand their car over to us for the repairs. They will also have the option of having it dropped off at their designated location after the work is finished.Potential competition from/comparision to existing services: Potential competition for this service would be regular workshops, roadside assistance, and groups such as the AAA. While the amount of workshops that can repair electric cars is markedly less than those that can repair gas cars, they do exist. What makes our service different is that we can do services at almost any place, whether that be roadside, at home, or at a workshop. If the repairs are possible on site, that would save the customers money, making it appealing to them. We also offer a full line of accessories, more than would be sold at any one particular workshop. So, EV customers can find all they need under one roof. Also, we will return the car to the location where it was picked up, reducing the need for clients to come to us to pick up the vehicle. How will we promote this service? We can achieve this in a variety of different ways, we can use Facebook and Google ads to reach our target demographic directly, we can run Television ads, or even use YouTube as a platform, either by running pop-up ads or sponsoring influencers with promotions and discount codes to offer to their viewers to encourage them to try out services at a reduced risk. Using posters locally would also be something to consider in the beginning stages of our business. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
