New business idea

Alright. I came up with the idea of creating a new comic grading service (identifying the condition of a comic) and wanted to know if there is anything legal I should be aware of. I have business ideas but I know nothing but the legal side of things. I don’t want to be some massive full legal business (if that makes sense) but I want to be creditable enough that customers trust I am a certified business.
